Shipping costs & terms of delivery

Germany

Delivery within Germany is free of charge. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days after the order has been processed. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed on the following working day.

International

The shipping costs are listed below. We offer free shipping to the listed countries for orders over €150.

This applies after deduction of codes and discounts. Delivery times depend on the respective national circumstances.

Import taxes, customs fees and charges may be levied by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective customs office and are charged to the recipient. These are based on the import regulations of the destination country. For more information, contact your local customs office. We are not liable or responsible for customs fees or for compliance with import regulations.

All delivery times are standard. Deliveries to islands and to rural or inaccessible areas, as well as deliveries affected by special import regulations, depending on the destination country, may take longer. Shipments containing goods subject to customs duties may take longer due to customs processing!
